AURA Skypool is the other well-known rooftop pool. Our guide lists seats from about AED 225, and Gulf News says standard pool access there is generally for guests aged 15 and over.
What redeemable means, and what is on top
Redeemable means that the price comes back as credit on food and drinks. If AED 200 is fully redeemable, you pay nothing extra as long as you eat and drink AED 200 worth. At Address Beach Resort only AED 100 of the AED 250 is redeemable, so AED 150 is the real price of access for an adult.
Address Hotels states that its pass prices include a 10% service charge, a 7% municipality fee and 5% VAT. Seating is limited: related Address Beach Resort offers say that sunbeds, gazebos, cabanas and sunken seating depend on availability and are first-come, first-served. Only Nikki Beach says towels are included, so ask the others about towels and lockers.
With children: age rules to check
Children's rules differ more than prices, so check the rule for your hour and your child's age:
- Deck Too: ages 0 to 10 free; 11 and over pay full price. The page calls it family friendly.
- Address Beach Resort pass: under 12 free with one paying adult; each extra child is AED 100, with AED 50 redeemable. There is a family pool.
- Nikki Beach: AED 75 per child on weekdays and AED 150 from Friday to Sunday.
- ZETA Seventy Seven: all ages until 11:30 AM, then 16 and over.
- AURA Skypool: standard access is generally for guests of 15 and over, per Gulf News.
- Address Downtown and Alto 54: children's rules not stated.
