The desert safaris and the Abu Dhabi day are paid on the day; the boat trips, the jet ski and the other watersports, the Old Dubai walk and the Burj Khalifa tickets are paid in advance, and the balloon is confirmed with a 30% deposit.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes for the desert safaris, the Abu Dhabi city tour and the hot air balloon, from any hotel in Dubai (on the evening quad safari, Jebel Ali and the desert resorts cost extra); the full-day safari and the Abu Dhabi day also collect guests in Sharjah and Ajman. The Marina yacht cruises and the speedboat leave from the pier behind Al Majara Tower in Dubai Marina, a short taxi ride from DMCC metro station; the jet ski, flyboard, parasailing, donut ride and wakeboarding start at Umm Suqeim harbour, the Old Dubai walk in Al Fahidi, and the Burj Khalifa tickets are used at Dubai Mall.
How much does a desert safari in Dubai cost?
The full-day desert safari is from $45 per person, or $65 with a 30-minute quad bike ride: 7 hours with dune bashing in the Lahbab Red Dunes, sandboarding, a camel ride, a BBQ dinner and live shows, hotel pickup included.
Can I visit Abu Dhabi from Dubai in one day?
Yes. The Abu Dhabi city tour is a 9-hour day from an 8:00 AM hotel pickup: Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, BAPS Hindu Mandir, the Corniche, Heritage Village and a Ferrari World photo stop, from $45 per person or $245 for a private car for up to 7 people.
What is the best time of year for Dubai tours?
November to March, with 20-30°C days, is the season for the desert, the balloon and the yachts. April and October are hot but workable with an early start; from May to September the evening safari, the night yacht party and indoor days are the way to see Dubai.
