Captain and crew included
Every charter comes fully crewed: STCW-certified, English-speaking captains and crew from Dubai's largest charter fleet, on the water since 2006. Fuel and safety equipment are in the price.
Water, ice and soft drinks on board
Bottled water, ice, soft drinks and juices are on every yacht, and you can bring your own drinks. A live BBQ with a chef and catering menus are added in advance.
Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour
Boarding at the marina behind Al Majara Tower, Dubai Marina, with three hours of free parking at Marina Mall. The superyachts marked Dubai Harbour leave from the harbour next to Bluewaters.
Confirm first, pay after
Send us your guests, hours and date on WhatsApp. We check the yacht with the marina and confirm the time and the total before you pay anything — no platform commission.
Questions before you book
What is the minimum charter time?
Sports boats up to 40 ft are booked for three hours, most yachts from two hours, yachts of 70 ft and above from three and the superyachts from four — the minimum is shown on every card and page. Three hours is the sweet spot: the Marina, Ain Dubai, the Palm and Burj Al Arab with a swim stop, without rushing.
What is included in the price?
A licensed captain and crew, fuel, bottled water, ice, soft drinks and juices, a sound system for your own playlist, safety equipment and a red-carpet meet and greet at the marina lounge. Catering, a DJ, jet skis and decorations are extras you order in advance.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Drinks — yes, bring your own. Food is limited to dry items such as pizzas, sandwiches and snacks with your own disposable plates and cutlery; bringing your own BBQ meat is not allowed. For a proper meal order a catering menu in advance: a live BBQ with a chef, Arabic and Lebanese platters, seafood or the VIP menu, plus cakes and dessert platters.
Can we swim from the yacht?
Yes — in daylight, at anchor, in the calm water off the Palm or JBR. The Coast Guard closes swimming at about 7 pm in summer and 5 pm in winter, allows it only within three metres of the yacht, and does not permit jumping off while the yacht is moving. Children under ten wear a life jacket in the water and on deck; towels can be bought at check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
If the Coast Guard issues a weather warning, you choose a safer route, a new date or a full refund — free of charge. If you cancel yourself, 50% of the booking is retained up to 48 hours before departure and 100% within the last 24 hours. Final guest numbers and catering are confirmed the evening before.
When should we arrive, what should we bring and what if we are late?
Come to our lounge on the marina level of Al Majara Tower, Dubai Marina, 20–30 minutes before departure (Marina Mall offers three hours of free parking). Every guest needs a copy of their passport or Emirates ID on their phone — this is UAE law, with fines of up to AED 1,500 per person. At check-in a security pre-authorisation of AED 2,000–15,000, depending on the yacht, is held on a card and released after the trip. The charter runs on the booked slot, so a late arrival shortens your time; if the yacht is free afterwards you can extend on the day and pay the captain.
Is alcohol allowed on board?
Yes for guests of legal drinking age — bring your own; the yacht supplies ice, soft drinks and glassware. Drink responsibly: reckless behaviour after drinking can end the charter without a refund, and the captain's decisions on safety are final. Shoes come off before boarding and there is no smoking inside the yacht.
Is it suitable for children?
Families are welcome on every yacht. Children under ten must wear a life jacket on deck and in the water, anyone under 21 stays with an adult, and babies under two remain in the saloon or cabin with a parent. The captain and crew run the boat — they cannot look after children. Pets are not allowed on board.
