Five ways to plan a Miracle Garden visit
#1
The late-afternoon visit
The garden is outdoors with limited shade, so the hours after the midday sun are the comfortable ones. Arriving mid-afternoon lets you see the flowers in daylight and stay while the evening comes on, and the garden stays open until 9 pm on weekdays and 11 pm at weekends, so there is no need to rush.
#2
The Butterfly Garden combo
The combo ticket was announced at AED 140, before VAT, for the Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden together. The butterflies live in domes, which makes them a good second stop when the sun gets strong. The reports we checked do not give the Butterfly Garden's own price, so we cannot say how much the combo saves.
#3
Pairing it with Global Village
Global Village opens at 4 pm, so the garden fits the afternoon before it. The two are a short taxi ride apart, roughly 20 minutes depending on traffic. It makes a full day of walking: with small children or in warm weather, give each its own day instead.
#4
A weekend night
Weekend hours run to 11 pm, two hours later than on weekdays, which suits anyone who spends the day on a tour and wants a quiet evening stroll. Weekends are also the busiest days, so expect queues at the entrance and around the best-known displays, and allow extra time.
#5
A garden day around our desert safari
The garden opens at 9 am, so a cool-season morning fits before an afternoon pickup. Our full-day desert safari takes about 7 hours from hotel pickup, from $45 per person, and you agree the date and pickup time with us on WhatsApp. Leave enough margin to get back to the hotel and change.
Dubai Miracle Garden Season 15: the short answer
Season 15 opened on 8 October 2026 and runs every day until 31 May 2027, Gulf News and Khaleej Times reported. The garden is open from 9 am to 9 pm on weekdays and from 9 am to 11 pm on weekends. At announcement, general admission was AED 100 for adults and AED 80 for children before VAT, with children under three free, and a combo ticket with Dubai Butterfly Garden cost AED 140.
Two details stand out this season. The theme is “Fifteen Years, Blooming Together”, and for the first time the theme changes every week, according to the reports, which also mention 200 million flowers. We have not seen the weekly themes published as a list, so check the garden's own channels if you want to time a visit to a particular one.
For a visitor the plan is simple: go on a weekday between November and March, arrive in the middle of the afternoon, buy your ticket online and allow about two hours. Add the Butterfly Garden only if you want it. Our full-day desert safari, from $45 per person, pairs with a garden morning or a separate day.
Ticket prices and the VAT question
The announcement prices excluded VAT. A later Khaleej Times article gave AED 105 for adults and AED 84 for children, which is exactly 5% more than AED 100 and AED 80. That suggests the same prices with VAT added, but we could not confirm it, so treat the final price shown at checkout on the official website (dubaimiraclegarden.com) as the one that counts.
| Ticket | Price before VAT | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Adult, general admission | AED 100 | A later article gives AED 105 |
| Child, general admission | AED 80 | A later article gives AED 84 |
| Children under 3 | Free | As announced |
| UAE resident adult, with Emirates ID | AED 70 | Resident rate, not for tourists |
| UAE resident child, with Emirates ID | AED 50 | Resident rate, not for tourists |
| Combo with Dubai Butterfly Garden | AED 140 | Price at announcement; check VAT at checkout |
Prices as reported by Gulf News and Khaleej Times, as of 29 October 2026. They may change; confirm on the official website.
Tourists pay the general admission rate; the resident rate needs an Emirates ID. If you are a family of four, general admission comes to roughly AED 360 before VAT for two adults and two children, so buy online and see the final total before you pay.
Opening hours and the best time of day
The garden closes later on weekends. The garden is mostly outdoors, so time of day and time of year matter more than the day of the week.
| Days | Hours |
|---|---|
| Weekdays | 9 am to 9 pm |
| Weekends | 9 am to 11 pm |
As reported by Gulf News and Khaleej Times. Check the official website for the day you go.
Go in the late afternoon. In October and early November the middle of the day is still warm, and shade is limited among the flower displays, so arriving around 3 or 4 pm is kinder than arriving at 9 am. From December to February any hour is comfortable. By April and May the midday heat is strong, so use the last hours of the day. Our month-by-month guide has the weather for each month.
Weekdays are quieter than weekends, and the weekend opening to 11 pm helps spread the crowd into the evening.
What is on: the 15-year theme and weekly changes
The theme, “Fifteen Years, Blooming Together”, marks the garden's anniversary. The change that matters to a planner is that the theme now changes every week, for the first time, according to the reports. A repeat visit could look different from a first one, and a photo from a friend's trip may not match what you see.
In past seasons the garden has been known for flower-covered sculptures, arches and a floral aircraft, and the reports mention about 200 million flowers this year. We have no list of this season's individual displays, so we do not describe them. Our Dubai Miracle Garden guide covers the garden as a place; this page is about the season's dates and prices.
If you only have one visit, there is no need to chase a particular week. The garden is a flower display, not a thrill ride: if you do not enjoy gardens, give your afternoon to something else, such as the Burj Khalifa viewing decks, from $55.
The Butterfly Garden combo: is it worth it?
Dubai Butterfly Garden is next door and sells a combo with the Miracle Garden at AED 140 before VAT, as announced. The butterflies are housed in domes, so the combo works as a break from the sun on a warm afternoon. Our Dubai Butterfly Garden guide covers what is inside.
It is worth it for families with children and for anyone who likes butterflies. It is not worth it if you are short of time or if the main reason you came is the flower displays. Without the Butterfly Garden's own price in the sources we checked, we cannot tell you how much the combo saves; compare the two on the official website before buying.
Getting there and pairing it with Global Village
The Miracle Garden is in Al Barsha South, a taxi ride from most hotels, with no Metro station at the gate. Our guide to getting to Global Village and Miracle Garden has the taxi and bus options. Late on weekends a ride back can take a while, so allow extra time.
A garden afternoon followed by Global Village Season 31 in the evening is the classic pairing: about AED 105 plus AED 25-30 in entry fees, before food. Global Village or Miracle Garden compares the two if you can only do one. For the whole outdoor season, see Dubai's outdoor season is back.
With small children, plan one stop per day. Our Dubai with kids guide gives ages and timing.
